Getting Started
New to Molar? Register your clinic at the sign-up page. Once registered, you can invite staff and doctors, configure clinic settings, and start booking appointments right away.
Account and Login
If you belong to multiple clinics or roles, you will be asked to choose which one to use after signing in. You can switch roles or clinics at any time from the dashboard. If you are locked out, use the password reset option on the login page or contact support.
Appointments
Admins and staff can create, reschedule, and cancel appointments from the dashboard. Patients can also book and manage appointments through the patient portal.
Billing and Payments
All billing records are managed from the Billing section in the dashboard. Patients can view and pay outstanding balances through the patient portal. For questions about specific charges, contact your clinic directly or reach out to our support team.
Data and Privacy
Molar uses row-level security and strict data isolation to ensure that each clinic’s data is private and accessible only to authorized users. All connections are encrypted. If you have specific compliance questions, contact us at support@molar.pk.
